The House
This main floor suite is shared with a downstairs tenant. Shared laundry is located downstairs.
The suite comes with access to the garage and the large back yard. The downstairs tenant does not use the back yard so the main floor tenants will have full access to it. The responsibility of maintaining the yard will be yours.
We have planted planted raspberry trees in the backyard and do encourage you to use the yard to garden. Upon vacating we will simply request that the garden space is raked and seeded.
Small/quiet pets may be considered.
References / Past renters information will be required. We may do a credit check as well.

Schools
Ivor Dent School is a kinder – Grade 9 public school that shares the same green space and playground with St. Jerome’s Elementary Catholic School.
Youth Programs
Abbotsfield Youth Program operates out of the building down the street.
The Green Shack program generally operates out of the playground across the street from the house during the weekdays during the summer. This program is (from memory) an hour and a half of fun child centered fun, guided by a responsible, city employed young adult.
Daycares
St. Jerome’s out of school care operates out of the Elementary school across the street.
Beverly Daycare Society and Family Resource Center offered family programs as well as daycare and out of school care for families.

Just a 5 minute walk to the River Valley / Bike Trails that span across the city.
Brand new playground across the street.
Berry Picking! July is fruitful. Go for a walk down towards Ada Boulevard and pick saskatoons by the bucket.
Winter
Toboggannning! Within walking distance of 3 separate hills, of varying sizes.
Rundle Park has free ice skating in the winter! It is beautiful.
Gold Bar has KMs of cross country skiing trails.
